Important notes:
For Assiut city:
1. Please make sure
you understand that this service is not suitable for emergency use.
2. Working hours:
We work from 10:30 am till 12:00 midnight six days a week from Monday to
Saturday.
For Emails sent outside of working hours, expect delivery during the next
working day.
Emails received during the time from 3:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. may experience
some delay.
3. Delivery is Free of charge inside Assiut City.
4. To ensure accuracy of prescription drugs, sending a scanned copy of your
doctor's prescription, if possible, will help us ensure correctness of
medication.
5. Returns: Ordered goods can be returned to our pharmacies within 48 hrs of the
delivery date, and have to be in the same perfect condition as when received and
in the same packaging.
6. We accept only Cash on Delivery for payment right now.
Outside Assiut city:
1. Delivery Charges
are added for other cities inside Egypt according to
the weight of ordered goods and destination.
2. For prescription drugs: A scanned copy of your doctor's prescription will be
required.
3. We do not sell illegal drugs, narcotics, or anabolic steroids.
4. Allow at least two working days to be informed that goods are available and
will be delivered.
